Proposed Change to PBSA By-Laws to Add a Webmaster Position

There is a proposed change to the PBSA by-laws to add a Webmaster position on the board. This would be an appointed position that would inherit the website responsibilities currently performed by the Secretary. This change was proposed at the September general membership meeting and will be voted on at the October general membership meeting or by absentee ballot.
